HOME WATCH

PROTECTING YOUR MOST VALUABLE ASSET

Our Home Watch service offers regular property inspections to ensure your home’s security and maintenance.

IN-PERSON WALK-THROUGHS

We visit your property at random times (to avoid establishing a predictable pattern) and conduct an exterior and interior inspection. We are accredited by the National Home Watch Association and are trained to check for damage, vandalism, identify and communicate issues of concern. We also conduct other services such as mail retrieval, watering plants, storm prep or post-storm damage checks.

VISUAL RECORD & CUSTOM REPORTS

We utilize secure and encrypted Home Watch software when conducting our inspections. You’ll receive a customized report detailing our findings, complete with photos or videos highlighting any concerns. We understand the needs of each homeowner and property are different and our comprehensive report can be tailored to your specific needs.

PROACTIVE PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION

Our goal is to identify potential problems early on, preventing them from escalating into costly repairs. If an issue does arise we can quickly facilitate a solution through our trusted network of vendors.
